They are proposing new containers made from nanocellulose instead of plastic. This project is implemented as part of the activities of SDGs Design Unit.<\/p>\n<p>What is nanocellulose?<br \/>\nIt is cellulose, the main component of bamboo cell walls, scaled down to the nanoleval (cellulose nanofibers). Its qualities include being five times stronger than steel, and weighing 1\/5 what steel does. It is expected to be used in construction materials, beauty products, food products, and various other fields.<\/p>\n<p>At the exhibition, we will exhibit the process behind the project, and present findings by the students.
