NewsFormer Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Distinguished Guest House Projection Mapping2019.8.29

The former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Distinguished Guest House will feature projection mapping created by students from the Kyushu University Faculty of Design.

The Tenjin Central Park Nishinakasu area was closed for renovations to become a better place for recreation and relaxation and reopen on August 9, 2019. Projection mapping will be screened at the former “Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Distinguished Guest House”, to commemorate the reopening of the “Tulip roofed public hall by the riverside”.

As one of the few remaining precious French Renaissance-style wooden buildings, the Former Fukuoka Prefecture Public Hall Distinguished Guest House is designated as an Important Cultural Property and is now part of the park facilities.

Please come to projection mapping where various images related to Fukuoka Prefecture such as traditional crafts and local products are displayed dynamically.
